PSA: VT meat science center is open today until 5:30... get tailgate meat.


They aren’t open tomorrow. Still time to get some VT raised and butchered meat. Their ground beef makes GREAT burgers. Their preformed patties are too densely packed for a good burger in my opinion, though. Also, their summer sausage is excellent and their Andouille sausage is excellent and also great fir a tailgate. Their Beef chuck eye steaks are an amazing value and very flavorful alternative to the ribeye.
